Ready to drink:

8 oz black tea/hibiscus blood orange

16 oz white tea/SFG

Primary fermentation:

64 oz white tea

16 oz green tea

32 oz black tea

Secondary fermentation, bottled:

24 oz black tea/cherries

12 oz green tea/pineapple

Secondary fermentation, champagne yeast and airlock:

1 gal organic cider

1/2 gal white tea kombucha
